Load: 11 A.M. - 12 A.M. on Jan. 9, 11, 18 (Three 1-hour sessions over two weeks)

Hiphop embodies a large genre of dance that includes freestyle, specific body part isolations, and breaking. This high-energy hiphop class is designed to improve cardiovascular strength while learning innovative ways to move your body to music.

A short warm up consisting of stretching and body isolations will be followed by a combination that contains elements of a specific hiphop style. Combinations will be broken down to focus on the energy, musicality, and style of the movement.
