Load: 3:30 P.M. - 4:30 P.M. on Jan. 9, 11, 18 (Three 1-hour sessions over two weeks)

Class will have a warm up and cool down of standing and moving dance stretches to lyrical Irish music. Then the foot work and soft soled steps will be taught. We will then move on to experience the cardio fitness and joy of Irish dancing in groups of 2,3,4,6 and 8.
